Rules for Divisibility :
3. Divisibility by 4 : A number is divisible by 4 if the number formed with its last two digit is divisible by 4.
For example, if we take the number 145652, the last two digits form 52. Since this number 52 is divisible by 4, the number 145652 is divisible by 4.
If we take the number 456854, the last two digits form 54 which is not divisible by 4 and hence the number 456852 is not divisible by 4.
